Breach!" kicking down the door.* *Mutiple shots would be fired between the two men, one shot hitting the unit.* *C18:CPF-ZONE.03-XXX screams in pain, calling into his radio for a medical unit." *The resistance member would stand up, approching the unit.* *C18:CPF-ZONE.03-XXX holds his ground, not knowing the member is approching.* *The resistance member punches the unit, then the unit would fall to the ground.* *C18:CPF-ZONE.03-XXX kicks the man in the leg, making the man fall down.* *The two would fight on the floor, punching and kicking each other.* *C18:CPF-ZONE.03-XXX hits the ground, seeming to be knocked-out.* *The resistance member laughs, saying "Bastard." "Civilian, put the bottle down."* *"Fuc-*burp*-king p-pigs!"* *The man would break the top of the bottle, running at the unit.* *The unit would be surprised, not reacting fast enough, getting cut in the leg.* *"Argh!", quickly raising his pistol. C18:CPF-ZONE.03-XXX would yell, "Civilian, drop your bottle, and get on the ground, now!"* *The man would run at the unit, swinging at him, but ZONE would move out of the way.* *C18:CPF-ZONE.03-XXX fires one bullet at the man's foot, hitting it.* *The man would flop to the floor, yelling in pain.* *C18:CPF-ZONE.03-XXX quickly gets on the man, tieing his hands and legs.* *C18:CPF-ZONE.03-XXX picks the man up, radioing in "Possible mental disablity, Confirmed Assualt. Prosecution is on-trial."* [b]Character Backstory(Two paragraphs, each four sentences minimum.)[/b]  Peter Houton is a man of loyalty and respect. He was born on March 22, 1988. He grew up in a middle-class family in a suburb area, it was always quiet on his street. He was three when his first encounter with the real world hit, he was riding to a small mall, which he remembered took 30 minutes to drive from his house. Peter and his dad left the car parked in the Westbridge Mall Parking Garage as gunshots ring out. Three masked men bust out the front doors, with duffle-bags on their shoulders. Peter's dad grab Peter and runs back towards the car, then... a single gunshot rings out, as his dad hits the floor, landing next to Peter. "Papa? Papa?" Peter cried to his dead father. He would sit there, crying, scared. More gunshots ring out, more chaos, and he was taken. He looks up, and sees a Westbridge Police Officer bringing him to his car. He hears yelling, gunshots, crying, but once the door closes and all those noices are blocked out, the police officer turns to him and says... "Don't worry little guy, I am hear to save you." Peter confused looks up, and says "Are you a SUPERHERO?" The police officer says.. "No, even better. I'm a Officer of the LAW."                                 After the seven hour war, Peter saw the chaos the resistance was doing to the innocents out there. He saw the flames of his home crash down to the resistance. Once the UU took over, most or all crime stopped. Peter wanted this to stay, but the uprising of City 04 broke that record. Moved to City 18, Peter wants to help those in need, so he could say the same words his savior said and make and KEEP others... Civil. (At least four complete sentences.)[/b] [IC] - *Coming from Peter* With the notice of the Union Civil Authority, I want to patricipate in anything the Union will. I will SACRIFICE myself to keep the union safe. In the past, the world was a monkey's behind. Crime, Politics, Economy were a MESS. With the UU, all of our problems went away. If he want to become one of the highest species out there, we need to trust in the UU. I want to keep the UU in control, even at it's worst times.  [OCC] - *Coming from me, MaNgO* Well, I noticed that a lot of the units that I played with in the past have little-to-no expierence in RP. Most 'bitch', complain, or 'meme' around. Many don't understand basic concepts of the Union and can't even RP. I want to help the new units learn how to play as the faction, CPF. So, that this server could reach a new level of RP, without that one CP who blind-fires without RP. [b]What will you bring to the Union Civil Authority? (At least four complete sentences.)[/b] [IC] - I will bring my expierence in the basic medical field, and the moderate engineering field. I know basic medical procedures with CPR, healing, etc. I know how to repair small guns such as 9MM Semi-Automatic Pistol, Magnum. I can also repair vechiles, camaras and other equipment. I also have some expierence in boxing. [OCC]- I will bring my expierence in HL2RP in general.  [b]What does the Universal Union mean to you?:[/b] It means trust, respect, loyalty. I would do my most for the UU, just like they have done for humanity.  [b]Amount of infractions:[/b] Zero. [b]Loyalist points:[/b] Zero. [b]Ending Note:[/b] I have played high-ranking units on mutiple servers, with that low-ranking units. I played on Underworld RP, Mafia Gaming, Advisor HL2RP, and more.
